At Jump Media, we value your time and creativity just as much as ours. Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for every client. By honoring these guidelines, you're helping us deliver the best possible service while respecting the time, energy, and effort that goes into every session. By booking a session with Jump Media, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. This agreement ensures transparency, mutual respect, and a professional experience from start to finish.

General Photography Services Policy

1. Booking & Deposit

 

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. This deposit is not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. However, if rescheduling is necessary, the deposit may be applied to a future session (subject to availability and within [3 months] of the original date).

 

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

​

  • Clients may reschedule with at least 14 days notice.

  • Rescheduled sessions must be booked within the approved time window and are subject to calendar availability.

  • Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

3. Session Details

​

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate session details, including location address, start time, and any special instructions.

  • Please double-check all information before submitting. Jump Media is not responsible for delays, missed sessions, or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete client-provided information.

  • Travel fees may apply for locations outside the designated service area.

 

4. Session Preparation

  • Clients should arrive on time and fully prepared (outfits, hair, makeup, and any props).

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund.

  • Any time extensions or extra images beyond your selected package will incur additional charges.

 

5. Image Delivery & Usage

​

  • Edited digital images will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks after the session.

  • All sessions include personal-use rights. Commercial usage requires a separate license agreement.

  • Jump Media reserves the right to use session images for portfolio, social media, promotional, and educational purposes.

 

6. Liability

​

Jump Media is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during your session. All participants attend sessions at their own risk.

 

7. Safety & Conduct

At Jump Media, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our team, clients, and equipment. If at any point we feel that our safety is at risk due to hostile behavior, unsafe environments, illegal activity, racism, harassment, or dangerous stunts, we reserve the right to immediately end the session or event and leave the premises. No refunds will be issued in such cases. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
